For Google:
Option 1: Through Google My Business
1. Login to Google My Business [ Link ]
2. Select: Ask for reviews
3. Copy the link
Option 2: Through Google Maps
1. Open a web browser and go to Google Maps [ Link ]
2. Search Google Maps for the listing of your business ( make sure it's the correct location )
3. On the Google listing of your business, scroll down to the review section and click on the write a review button
4. Go to the address bar of your browser and copy the link
