Shipping policy

You can expect all orders to be fulfilled and shipped within 48 hours. Note that no fulfillment will be completed on Saturdays and Sundays.  Orders will be shipped via major couriers such as UPS, FedEx, Purolator, USPS, Canada Post, or DHL.  Tracking number will be provided to you by email as soon as the order is fulfilled.  Shipping typically takes 2-7 days.

All orders will be shipped in protective packaging to reduce chance of damage, should you receive product that is damaged upon arrive, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.  

Lost parcels are to be reported within 24 hours, we will contact courier on your behalf to locate and recover package, and replace it for you if deemed lost by the courier. Note this process may take several days as couriers typically have their own timelines for investigations, which may vary by courier - we must respect their timelines for investigation before providing a replacement.
